Dimpal joined the Education for Empowerment Program (E4E) as an Alumni Assistant in 2026. Her work includes managing all alumni activities and programs with the guidance of Alumni Coordinator. She also collaborates other staff on programs and projects.

Prior to joining E4E, Dimpal worked as an Accountant and Market Representative for eight months in Bahu Aayamik Krishi Savings and Credit Coop Ltd, Kathmandu. Dimpal is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from New Millennium College affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU). Dimpal is also a Little Sister Alumni graduated in 2024. Dimpal loves reading books and learning new things every day.
