Dipika joined the Education for Empowerment Program (E4E) as an Alumni Coordinator in 2026. Her work includes strengthening relationships with Alumni, promoting Alumni engagement initiatives, and fostering meaningful connections between LSF graduates and the organization.

Prior to joining E4E, she worked in the HR & Accounts Department at Pashupati Shivajee Construction Pvt. Ltd. for two and a half years.

In addition to her professional experience, Dipika has actively contributed to community service through volunteer work. She served as a volunteer teacher at Aastha Mahila Vidhyalaya, and also volunteered with the National Association of Rural Municipalities in Nepal (NARMIN).

Born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal, Dipika completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) from VS International College, securing the top position in the BSW stream through her dedication and academic excellence. She enjoys singing, dancing, writing poetry, and participating in extracurricular activities.
