Paridhi joined the LSF team as a Program Manager in 2023. Prior to taking this full-time position, Paridhi served LSF as a dedicated volunteer from August 2011 to April 2013. She has also worked for various international non-governmental and bilateral organizations.

During her Master’s program in gender studies, she delved into the realm of masculinity within sports and its association with male dominance through her Masters’ thesis, which focused on women cricket players in Nepal, shedding light on the prevailing notion that sports are predominantly reserved for men.

She has contributed as a consultant in the field of Gender, Sexuality, and Social Inclusion. Her background includes working in both development and humanitarian contexts, with an assignment in South Sudan where she worked for a program addressing gender-based violence. She has also contributed as a writer for various magazines and newspapers on issues related to women’s empowerment and gender equality.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Paridhi finds joy in dancing, avidly following cricket matches, and exploring new places. In her downtime, she indulges in reading good fiction books and relishes afternoon naps.
