Prativa joined LSF as the Finance and Alumni Assistant in 2024. Her roles and responsibilities include assisting Ramesh with financial activities and helping Neeti manage the Alumni Development Program. She also collaborates with staff on other programs and projects.

Prativa earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) from Nepal Commerce Campus, affiliated with Tribhuvan University. As part of her BBA, she completed an internship at Mega Bank Nepal Limited. Prativa also has experience as a Visa Support Officer at Professional Education Consultancy.
