Prativa joined LSF as the Finance and Alumni Assistant in 2024. In 2025, she transitioned to the role of full-time Finance Assistant. Prativa works closely with Ramesh on bookkeeping and managing E4E's finances. Besides assisting diligently with all financial matters, she also helps in all other program activities as needed.

Prativa earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) from Nepal Commerce Campus, affiliated with Tribhuvan University. As part of her BBA, she completed an internship at Mega Bank Nepal Limited. Prativa also has experience as a Visa Support Officer at Professional Education Consultancy. Prativa is a 2016 graduate of the LSF program.
