Rushka joined LSF as a Finance Officer in 2026. In her role, she supports financial management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance while contributing to the organization's mission of creating positive social impact.

Prior to joining LSF, she worked as an HR Executive at Valley Group, where she managed recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance across multiple business units. She also gained experience in the banking sector and government administration, which strengthened her professional and organizational skills.

Rushka graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2026 with a specialization in Social Problems and Social Enterprise. Her academic background has provided her with a strong understanding of social development, sustainable enterprises, and community empowerment. She is passionate about creating meaningful social impact and has always aspired to work for the empowerment and advancement of women in Nepal. Rushka is a 2017 graduate of the LSF program.
