LSF’s Community Projects serve two primary purposes. First, the program broadens LSF’s impact by helping LSF partner schools and communities build their capacity to better serve the needs of students and community members. Second, the Community Projects program develops leadership, confidence, and practical skills as Little Sisters plan, implement, and monitor small-scale community projects, while gaining project design and management skills through training, mentoring, and practical experience.
